Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booked space on or before 31st March 2026 - 100% Refund of payments received & credited into our account until the date of cancellation.
Cancellation of booked space between 1st April 2026 and 31 May 2026 – 25% of the invoice value will have to be paid to the organizer mandatorily.
Cancellation of booked space on or between 1st June 2026 and 31st July 2026 – 50% of the invoice value will have to be paid to the organizer mandatorily.
Cancellation of booked space after 1st August 2026 – 100% of the invoice value will have to be paid to the organizer mandatorily.
Reduction of originally booked space on or before 31 March 2026 is Okay. However, such actions taken between 1st April 2026 and 31st July, 2026 –exhibitor will be invoiced for 50% of the released/reduced space cost in addition to the 100% space cost for the eventual space booked after reduction.
No show after confirming space via Space Booking Form - 100% of the invoice value will have to be paid to the organizer mandatorily
